Culina conducts business in an ethical and transparent manner. Integrity is the cornerstone of our people and business and we expect the same from our suppliers and vendors. Regular audits by internal and external parties ensure that compliance is strictly observed.
Food safety is our top priority. Our in-house food safety programme focuses on detection and prevention. From farm to fork, we adopt a holistic approach to quality assurance and our logistics infrastructure is well-established to meet these needs. Our warehousing and meat production facilities are HACCP-certified and awarded grade-A for food safety excellence by the Agri-food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore. We have stringent internal procedures and critical criteria in place when choosing our suppliers and supply chain vendors to deliver our quality promise to customers.

Wholesale
Our 30,000-sq ft warehouse is fully equipped and fitted to facilitate the seamless handling of our fine foods, seafood, meats and different beverages. Besides temperature and humidity-controlled storage facilities and special chiller rooms for perishables, we also have a fleet of vehicles which offers next working day wholesale delivery. In addition, we can customise raw sausages and burger patties for trade customers. Training, demonstrations and food tasting can also be carried out in our 1,000-sq ft Miele Kitchen and training room.
For more than two decades, we have partnered and established strong relationships with suppliers and producers who share our philosophy and commitment to quality and food safety. As an established importer, distributor and restaurateur, we continue to maintain our hallmarks of quality, service and integrity. Culina celebrates 25 years of success. Culina has partnered with HCSA's beneficiaries, to donate 25% of each transaction made at Culina Bistro and Culina Market on 26 October to the charity.
Culina to distribute Xanadu
The agreement between Culina and Xanadu provides sole and exclusive distribution and sales rights for Xanadu in Singapore with effect from 20 SEPTEMBER 2016. Culina is delighted to add Xanadu Wines to our international wine portfolio incorporating France, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Australia, USA, Chile, Argentina and New Zealand”.

Culina as a wholesale distributor
In 1994, Culina began life as a wholesale distributor of fine foods and wines before expanding into retail. Culina which employs 242 people, was founded by a French man, but after a series of ownership changes, it is now held by the luxury retailer Club 21, which is in turn headed by Mrs. Christina Ong.
