A NEW WELLNESS COFFEE CONCESSION
LAUNCHES AT DEMPSEY
SINGAPORE, 29 JUNE 2026 — Supernature by COMO Shambhala, a natural and organic grocer, launches a new coffee bar with homegrown label Guerilla Coffee. Founded in 2021 by award-winning coffee champion Keith Loh, this exclusive initiative features state-of-the-art machinery and premium, single-origin milks to elevate the coffee experience.
For the first time, Guerilla Coffee extends beyond its own dedicated cafes — bringing its proprietary roasting profiles and barista-grade Sanremo machinery into Supernature’s organic grocery and café. Located in COMO Dempsey, the coffee bar is designed by Paola Navone, the Italian architect-designer behind many of COMO Group’s most iconic restaurants and resorts.
“Coffee, at its best, is already a ritual of presence and intention,” says Loh. “The collaboration with Supernature takes that further, and is one of the most ambitious projects we’ve embarked on since our founding. Together with Supernature, we’ve created a menu that tastes exceptional and serves as a foundation for how you feel and perform for the rest of the day.”
SIP WITH INTENTION
The dedicated Guerilla Coffee at Supernature coffee bar serves a refined selection of flat whites, long blacks, cappuccinos, and espressos, crafted with artisanal beans and barista-grade milk. Non-coffee options, such as ceremonial-grade matcha lattes, are also available. Most notably, the traditional mocha has been replaced by the new Dark Chocolate Mushroom Mocha — a rich, antioxidant blend infused with adaptogenic mushrooms to support cognitive function.
This sits alongside a lineup of signature wellness drinks, including the hot Sun Salutation Latte, infused with turmeric, nutmeg, pepper, white clover leaf honey, and ginger for anti-inflammatory benefits, and the iced Slow Glow Latte, which supports metabolic function and sustained energy with MCT oil, grass-fed butter, cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla.
Dirty Coffee, a Guerilla Coffee signature, will also be available at Supernature. A layer of hot espresso is poured onto cold milk, creating a uniquely diffused look and hot-to-cold experience. This drink is served in a chilled glass and is exclusively available in-store.
The milk-based coffee options are made with Eisbär Barista Milk and MILBOK Double Milk — a cold processed, concentrated milk that is naturally creamy, sweet, and higher in protein.
FUELLING DEMPSEY
With padel clubs, Pilates studios, and popular running routes nearby, Singapore’s Dempsey precinct —originally a series of military barracks — is home to a health-conscious community that is growing rapidly. This partnership offers clean, early-morning fuel for the fitness community, busy professionals, and local residents nearby.
